Shipping Policy

This policy covers physical catalog orders shipped by our store. Allow approximately 1–2 business days for normal order processing, followed by an estimated 3–5 business days in transit. These estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates.

Free shipping applies only where the checkout confirms eligibility. Enter a complete mailing address, a working email, and a reachable telephone number. Some products, destinations, or carrier services may have delivery restrictions.

Tracking information is normally sent to the checkout email. Holidays, weather, address checks, and carrier interruptions can cause delays. For delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or damage, send your order number, checkout email, tracking number, delivery address, and relevant photos; a carrier investigation may be needed.
