Refund Policy

We accept returns of defective and non-defective items and also offer exchanges. Submit a request within 30 days after delivery. Eligible merchandise must be new, unused, and in its original condition, with the original packaging, tags, and supplied accessories.

Non-defective returns include a change of mind, personal preference, or choosing the wrong item. We also help with damage, defects, incorrect shipments, missing parts, or goods materially different from their description. Send the order number, checkout email, and explanation; for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete goods, include photos or video of the item and packaging.

Wait for authorization before sending anything back. Returns are made by mail using the free return label included in the package. We charge no restocking fee. Exchanges depend on available stock. Approved refunds go to the original payment method and are processed within 10 days after approval.
